AV-WS-2: Digital Baby Weighing Scale

The AV-WS-2 Baby Weighing Scale is designed for precise, safe, and comfortable infant weight measurement. Built for pediatric clinics and maternity wards, this scale features an ergonomic weighing pan, a highly readable digital display, and intelligent power-saving functions to streamline daily clinical operations.

Key Functions & Interface

• ON/TARE: Press this key to power on the scale, initialize the startup sequence, or tare out the weight of blankets/pads before weighing.
• MODE: Weighing unit exchange key. Press to toggle seamlessly between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
• MEM (Memory Recall): While the scale displays “0.00”, press this key to instantly recall the previous weight value saved in the memory. A dedicated indicator light confirms when memory mode is active.

Operating Instructions

1. After placing the batteries, press the “ON/TARE” key to start the scale and wait for the “0.00” appearance.
2. Gently place the baby on the ergonomic pan. The weighing record will flash on the window after a few seconds to indicate a stable reading.
3. The scale automatically saves the final value in its memory during each weighing operation.
4. To conserve battery life, the scale will turn off automatically within 5 minutes of inactivity.

Safety Cautions & Maintenance

• Battery Alert: Replace batteries immediately when the window displays "Loo" to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Hygiene: Keep the scale pan and display clean to ensure normal working conditions and patient safety.
• Capacity Limit: Overloading the scale (placing objects heavier than 20.5kg) is strictly prohibited to prevent sensor damage.
