LEFT HAND DRIVE

(Subframe)

·       The mounting will be done by suitable apparatus (Flexible and Rigid connections) and there will be no welding between the main chassis and subframe.

·       The subframe will be manufactured from at least 6 mm St.52 Carbon Steel

3. BODYWORK

(Superstructure)

·       Vehicle Bodywork will be manufactured by high-quality carbon steel material and assembled to a subframe.

·       The Superstructure walls of lockers and floor of the lockers will be special light alloy aluminum material (Aluminum Extrusion Profiles )

·       The Superstructure Aluminum Profiles will be 550 mm width.

·       There will be no welding for superstructure.

·       Main Connection Materials will be rust-proof.

·       The floor of the all compartments shall be provided with drain holes to allow complete water drainage.

·       A climbing ladder will be provided at the rear side of the Vehicle. Ladder will be aluminum and it will be telescopic type.

·       Equipment Lockers will have Aluminum Roller Shutters which can be locked with full width locking bar and rugged handles.

·       There will be enough roller shutters at the side and the rear side of the vehicle. The Roller Shutters will be water & dust proof.

·       Foldable steps with a load capacity of min. 200 kg, will be fitted around the bodywork to allow easy reach to the compartments and equipments.

·       Roof Deck shall be covered by anti skid aluminum chequered plates and aluminum hand rails fitted as a safety barriers on both sides and at full length of the deck

·       Equipment Lockers will be illuminated, and the lights will be opened&closed when the roller shutters are opened&closed. When the Lockers lights are open, the driver will be warned in the cabin.

·       All the Electrical Cables will be layed through the cable channels on the Aluminum Profiles. So, Electrical Cables will not be visible.

·       Brackets and Sliding Drawers will be provided with the vehicle
